Intimate and clean. Rooms were beautiful. You could tell there was a lot of intention in the design of the resort.

The property has beautiful grounds, a nice beach, and lovely sea views. The room was perfect, breakfast was great and the Service was amazing.

It was often difficult to find a sofa or sunbed in the shade by the pool or on the beach.

Very comfortable getaway; strong Bali vibes at a fraction of the price. The food was particularly well-executed; the restaurant does not rely on expensive ingredients as a crutch to impress.

Would have loved to have more structured cooking classes instead of just a latte art class and an infusion making class.Would also have loved to have Strawberry Matcha added to the breakfast.

This is an exceptional hotel. Beautiful location, amazing architecture and fantastic staff. Food and facilities all were great. This is a superb 5* hotel and probably best place on Bintan (certainly the best value)

Only complaint was the smell of the bathroom (management need to figure out what's going on in room 190!)

Relaxing Resort vibe, the beach area and the food. Service was excellent too. Special mention to the Bell Captain, Tommy.

Very nice design and the landscaping is very beautiful with lots of space.

I wish there is more food options. In addition, the service staff at the pool could be more helpful in taking orders, we had pressed the bell for service but no one responded.

Friendly staff, beautiful rooms connected to local place in design and theme, and generally good facilities and poolside service. Excellent bath on balcony with bath salts etc.. Breakfast was very nice with good quality food.

The hotel was new and this must still be pre-opening as there was still construction and the trees were recently planted. The food options for children on the menu were limited.

New, clean and on the beach. Loved the pools and facilities.

Lovely staff who are always keen to help and assist you, great location with private beach and plenty of space to accomodate (sunbeds, coves) and good spa at neighbouring hotel available for use. Rooms are beautiful and nicely furnished and all have a great view of the sea.

Food options were a bit limited and I think if we were there for longer than 3 nights would have become an issue. Breakfast was good enough but for lunch and dinner would expect more options. Satay bar is very nice but closed 2 nights a week and can only accomodate 12 people so need to book in advance. On our 2nd night the bathroom had a smell coming from the vent, we were initially helped by housekeeping who brought an air purifier however they agreed it needed more looking into which resulting in plumbers coming at 10pm and unblocking a drain, which we were told was because of toilet paper (odd because we barely used any). The smell unfortunately returned the following night but was not as bad so we did not report it and we were leaving early the next morning so just wanted to sleep.

The breakfast is a bit under whelming. Selection was not that great. The Indonesian dishes was not impressive. Egg Benedict came cold and muffin was not toasted. They only allow 1 order of egg, whether egg Benedict, sunny side, omelette etc. I thought it could be more impressive since the hotel is already so nice.

More variety & quality in food would always be good. Though there is a decent selection currently.

All the staff was amazing and prompt to respond to all of our needs. We just had one problem the cook did not want to make not spicy meals and although we explained numerous times to the waitress and they where very attentive to our requests the dish always had peppers or some spicy sauce. Until my wife started crying and yelling after eating a spicy pepper we did not receive what we requested. Consider this when you eat a meal there and have any alergies.

Even though we had just a short stay, it felt worlds away from city life. The views from the room were relaxing, the shower overlooked the sea and we slept so soundly. The pool is inviting with its location and it is sparkling clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Thank you to all hotel staff:greeting upon arrival, front desk, restaurant staff, spa, and poolside bar-you all made our stay memorable!

My elderly mother and I stayed at your hotel and really enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel staff . Nothing was too much . The spa at holiday inn resort next door was exceptional . All staff was so kind and efficient …. But felt so especially welcomed and at home with Meca ( reception ) , Eki ( restaurant ) .

We enjoy the time spent in hotel. Didn't arrange excursion and purely relax and chill in hotel. My daughter enjoy beach and pool whole day and love that there is bicycle for us to ride around inside the hotel.

Our package include dinner but the dinner menu isn't kids friendly. After feedback, they allow us to order fried rice or fried noodle for kids however they didn't communicate well internally, the another staff want to charge us for the fried noodle we ordered. The dinner menu only offer 3 options, the first night we already tried 2 dishes, 2nd night we already bored with the options.

If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

When we went to pay the bill it turnsed out that all prices mentioned within the resort, for both food and drinks but also for massages, are excluding 11% taxes and 10% service.

Food was quite average and very expensive for its quality. Breakfast was the best, abundant choice and very good.

- reliable and friendly staff - great spa facility with effective massage - beachfront property with a sea breeze - limited bugs despite being outdoors - clean rooms and well kept grounds - decent food at restaurant - I loved the day bed swings! - high quality soaps and shampoos in rooms

- in room dining was meh (calamari and Cesar salad were a big miss) - room had a bit of a damp smell upon arriving so we kept the sliding door open often which was nice because of the sea breeze

More bicycles needed for guests . Staff at restaurants need to make more effort to clear the plates instead of leaving it there esp when it is buffet. Telephone line not working and not sure if anyone came to repair the phone though they said they will
